This policy explains what information MMGH collects when a client, prospect client or other relevant business subject interacts with one MMGH associate or accesses MMGH website. It also provides information about how MMGH stores, uses, transfers, and deletes that information.

MMGH collects and stores personal information about its current and prospect clients as well as relevant business subjects to allow the provision of more effective services for ongoing projects and to allow proactive outreach and exchange of business related information for future projects or matter or relevance for MMGH operations.

MMGH collects and stores personal data about its clients on the legal basis of consent given when this information is provided either directly to an MMGH associate, through the contact form contained in MMGH website, or when the information is publicly accessible.

Purposes of Processing

MMGH uses this information to:

  • Provide information and transmit deliverables related to ongoing projects;
  • Provide information on future prospective projects;
  • Perform outreach in order to request information related to MMGH work or matter of relevance for MMGH operations;
  • Provide a limited number of email updates.

Information Disclosure

MMGH won’t transfer information to third parties for the purpose of providing or facilitating third-party advertising neither will sell this information.

MMGH may share your information with third parties in some circumstances, including: 

  • with your consent; 
  • to a business partner of MMGH who meets our data protection standards; 
  • when we have a good faith belief it is required by law, such as pursuant to a subpoena or other legal process; 
  • when we have a good faith belief that doing so will help prevent imminent harm to someone.

If MMGH is going to share information in response to a legal process, MMGH will give notice to the concerned person or organisation so that the request can be challenged (for example by seeking court intervention), unless we’re prohibited by law or believe doing so may endanger others. MMGH will object to requests for information about users of our services that we believe are improper.

Sometimes MMGH will send emails providing updates on the organisation and its projects. Recipients can opt out of this email communication either via the dedicated link at the end of each email communication or directly requesting the change to info@mmglobalhealth.org

Data Storage

All information is stored into MMGH contact list accessible to all MMGH associates. 

MMGH uses third-party vendors and hosting partners, such as Microsoft or Apple, for hardware, software, networking, storage, communications and mail distribution. MMGH only uses providers that declare compliance to strict privacy rules and management of the information and that uses advanced data security tools.

This Privacy Policy does not cover for the use of information by third parties.

Tracking & Cookies

MMGH does not independently and actively track users’ behaviour. 

MMGH website is hosted by a third-party service provide; browser cookies and similar technologies to recognise you when you return to our website may be used. 

Some other third-party services that we use, such as Google Analytics, may place their own cookies in your browser. 

This Privacy Policy does not cover for the use of cookies by third parties.

Cross-border Transfers

MMGH is based in Switzerland and operates, via its associates in a number of countries in and outside the European Union. Within the scope of its business operations, MMGH transfers, stores, and uses your information in Switzerland and any other country where it operates. 

Business Transfers

If MMGH is involved in a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, reorganisation or sale of assets such that information would be transferred or become subject to a different privacy policy, MMGH will notify all the concerned data subjects in advance, so that they can opt out of any such new policy or request deletion of the information before transfer.

Rights of Data Subjects

A copy of personal information as stored in MMGH contact list can be requested at any time. 

The correction of information can be requested at any time and will be processed within 14 days.

Deletion of personal information from MMGH contact list can be requested at any time and will be processed within 14 days (except to the extent MMGH is prevented by law from deleting the information).

Objection to the use of personal data can be raised at any time.

Data subjects may at any time lodge a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data by MMGH with the Supervisory Authority of your EU member state.

Changes to this Policy

MMGH may periodically update this Policy. In those circumstances MMGH will notify data subjects about significant changes. The most current version of the policy will always be updated on our website and we will archive former versions of the policy.
