Goal
Develop a targeted demand forecast for targeted implementation at Administrative Level 1 in 97 countries while taking into the potential initial price sensitivity and public health need of MR-MAPs
Scope
MMGH supported Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance in exploring the potential options to utilise MR-MAPs in a targeted fashion. This included reviewing the availability of subnational data, convening a working group of experts to guide the methodology development, and documenting the potential programmatic implications of the targeted approach to MR-MAPs to assist in early thinking on potential Gavi MR-MAP programme design.
Result
Interactive demand forecasting model considering countries’ Administrative Level 1 and various options for potential implementation of targeted use of MR-MAPs as well as an documentation on potential considerations for Gavi programme design.
